The Problem
The team called us at GELOCK when the ram adjust on their brake press stopped working. Without it, Blox was forced to outsource their work.
Using our rigging capabilities, we removed the ram from the brake press. As we disassembled and analyzed the ram adjust system, we determined that the ball seat bushings were destroyed.
GELOCK's Solution
In this case, reverse engineering a great solution would have taken longer than ordering the correct parts. So we sourced and purchased the correct components instead—before reassembling and setting them to the proper clearances.

Upon rigging everything back into place, the machine now runs incredibly well. In fact, the team at Blox was so pleased with the results that they want to engage with us further on other issues too.
