Our team had to work with a tight timeline as there were narrow windows when the client could shut down the machine completely to be worked on.
Using our total team approach, we were able to provide a turnkey repair. We sourced the replacement bearings, sprockets, and chains, then reverse engineered and fabricated the needed components.
Our on-site technicians performed a "pit-stop," replacing all the worn and damaged components. Once completed, the machine is fully operational again.
