A local tooling and production manufacturer came to us with a leaking counterbalance cylinder. It was a 1950s vintage machine, using leather seals.

We rigged the cylinder out of their space and disassembled it to confirm what was wrong.
Our team decided to reengineer it so that the customer could use a modern, off-the-shelf sealing system. Our total team approach allowed us to engineer a robust solution, fabricate all the needed components, and assemble everything within our Grand Rapids, MI facility. They now have multiple vendors to choose from when sourcing the parts in the future!
